Hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving Festivities and now
we have almost 2 weeks to recover until the Sciot's Christmas Dinner and short
business meeting, Dec. 13, 2002.
O' Sciots, please have some extra dollars in your wallet because I am told
the ladies are planning a fundraiser that will mean us turning loose of a
few bucks and do bring your ladies so they can participate. We need to raise
some rent money and also to start saving for the Pharaoh's Visit that is tentatively
planned for March.
A carry over item from our October meeting is to complete our officer's installation
and we will do this at our business meeting.
Please be there!!
We are looking forward to a good turnout with all of our excellent cooks preparing
dinner. Come out and join us and have some fun and make the Christmas Spirit
ring out at the Sciot's Hall.

We also announced last month that the December meeting would be our Christmas Party and that Jim and I would provide the turkey, dressing and desert for the dinner and asked that each of you bring your favorite side dish…. vegetable, salad, rolls and butter or a relish dish…. enough to serve at least 10 people. Call and let me know what you're bringing so we have enough of everything.
FUND RAISER
Please bring a Holiday centerpiece to decorate our tables and these can be auctioned to the men after the dinner to raise money for the annual Pharaohs visit next year. In making your centerpiece please keep your expenditures to $10.00 or less.
Husbands please share the Trumpeter with your wife so that she will be aware of her obligations to help make all of our events successful.
